I'm having a pretty casual day paired with one of my favorite baseball caps. I've worn these Converses religiously lately because of the excessive amount of walking I've been doing. Sometimes you need to give your heels a break and explore your most comfortable alternative footwear.

Hanging outside and getting bitten by mosquitoes was quite the delight today! @threadbareblogger was nice enough to snap a few shots today while we tried to bare this summer heat. I bought this daisy shirt in a little boutique in Soho which while the shorts are probably a couple of years old now. Until the next time bloggers!

A taste of the city.

This trip to New York was very tasteful. I got to go back to Shake Shack to enjoy my favorite mushroom burger, had dim sum in Chi town, and my favorite Korean fried chicken at Boka. I also got to visit ground zero for the first time. My family was with me during this trip so we spent some time doing the touristy activities like visit the Statue of Liberty and saw the lively Time Square. Unfortunately they had to experience New York for the first time during the unbearable heat wave but they loved the city as much as I did. Have a splendid day folks!
